Door to Door: Your order will take between 3-5 working days (i.e., excluding weekends and public holidays) to get to you, depending on the delivery address (Main Centres, Regional vs Outlying Areas). We will notify you via email when your order has been received. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification from the courier service, which you can use to track your delivery, and again when your order has been delivered. 

Door-to-door economy delivery costs R50 and takes approximately 3–5 days.

The offering on this website is available to South African resident clients only.

• Should you not be satisfied with any Item(s) purchased on our website, you may return for refund, credit or exchange unused Items in a saleable condition within 30 (thirty) calendar days, subject to producing proof of purchase (till slip) via our stores.

• Should any Items purchased on our website be defective, these Items, if unaltered, may be returned for refund or replacement (where stock is available).

• Due to health reasons we do not accept returns on items such as costumes, socks, underwear and jewellery.

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or by bank transfer into the Thornbrook Trading (Pty) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
