How will my order be delivered?

Door to Door: Your order will take between 3-5 working days from shipping (i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays) to get to you depending on the delivery address (Main Centres, Regional vs Outlying Areas). We have partnered with DP World AKA Parcel Ninja, who are e-commerce fulfilment specialists to process and ship out all of our orders direct to our customers from their warehouse in Johannesburg. 

We will notify you via email when your order has been received. When your order has been shipped, you will receive and email from us with your tracking number and link which starts with “PNJ”. A notification from the courier service assigned to deliver your order will also be sent to you, which you can use to track your delivery and again when your order has been delivered. We use some of the best couriers in South Africa such as The Courier Guy, Fastaway, Ram and DPD couriers to deliver our online orders to ensure we get your fashion to you as fast as possible. 

How much will my order cost?

It’s absolutely FREE if you order for R650 or more.  For orders less than R650 we will deliver to your door for only R50 anywhere in the country that the couriers can deliver to. 

When will I receive my order?

Can I return any products if I’m not happy?

The easiest and best way to return your order is to drop it off at your nearest Clothing Junction store for FREE! (T’s & C’s apply). Find your nearest store 

You can also return your order via courier. Please contact customer care on Whatsapp 065 887 5546 or by email online@cjunction.co.za Should you wish to arrange a return via courier and our team will work as quickly as possible to resolve this for you. Please note that the cost of the courier to return the product to us will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns for certain items, such as Underwear and Earrings. Unsure? Check out our returns policy.

Please make sure you have your digital order information that was emailed handy to present at the cash desk in-store when returning items. Our team in-store requires this proof of purchase to process the return in-store.

How do I get free delivery?

Get free door-to-door delivery on all orders over R650.  

What happens if there is nobody home to receive the order when the courier delivers?

The courier will attempt to contact you directly and arrange a date and time that is suitable for you to receive the delivery. After a second attempt, the courier will return the order to Clothing Junction, and you will be credited for your purchase minus the cost of delivery and the cost of returning the package to us.

What if I received a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged or dirty item, you will be requested to take a pic of the garment showing the areas that are damaged or soiled please. This will help us identify the issues easily to speed up the process. Please contact our customer care on 065 887 5546 or online@cjunction.co.za and we will happily assist you with a replacement.

What is Peach Payments?

Peach Payments is a secure payment gateway that allows businesses to accept and process payments on their websites, mobile apps, and in-store point-of-sale (POS) systems across South Africa, Africa, and Mauritius. Think of it as a digital credit card machine that securely connects
a shopper’s bank to the merchant’s business account.

Peach Payments has multiple payment methods available, which support local and international credit/debit cards, Instant
EFT, Capitec pay, digital wallets, and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services, to name a few. When you see peach payments at checkout, it means your transaction is encrypted and secured by enterprise-grade security standards.

What if I order something that is out of stock?

Only items that are in stock are available to purchase in the online store. If your size is not available, then you will not be able to select that size for purchase.

However, if we find an item that is in stock but not suitable for sale, we will remove it from the bag and ship the order, excluding that item, and refund the value of the item.

From time to time, we do have instances where multiple customers are shopping the same hot fashion at the same time, which could result in sizes selling out before the online store has time to update the stock holding and leave the size available to shop.

In these instances, our support team will reach out to you to let you know of this instance and confirm the shipping of the order and the refund for the missing item.  

What if I’m unhappy with my purchase?

We definitely don’t want that and would not be happy to hear that you’re unhappy with your purchase. The easiest and best way to return your order is to drop it off at your nearest Clothing Junction store for FREE! (T’s & C’s apply).

How can I cancel my online order?

This will absolutely be a sad day, but we are happy to help. Please contact customer care on 065 887 5546 or pop us a mail on online@cjunction.co.za should you wish to cancel your order. We can’t, however, cancel an order if it has already been processed, packed, awaiting courier collection, or if it has shipped.

How long do I have to return my order?

You can return any item for free to one of our Clothing Junction Stores around the country, or you can return it via courier. Please remember that you will have 30 days from the date of delivery to return these items in their original condition.

How much will it cost me to return my order?

Returning your order to any of our Clothing Junction stores around the country is totally FREE. Use our store locator to find a CJ store near you. If you choose to return your merchandise via a courier service, we will advise you on the cost of the return as the cost will depend on your location. We do not refund delivery costs, no matter which channel you decide to use for the return.
